Bio

Maryska began studying with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen in 1979 after studying and performing various dance styles for 20 years. She was awarded BMC® Practitioner (1982), Teacher (1983), and served on SBMC® faculty for several decades before launching the first BMC® Certificate SME, IDME, and Practitioner programs in the US. Her teaching and private practice span 45 years applying BMC® Basic Neurocellular Patterns to advance the movement potential of infants to elders, yogis, special children, professional dancers and athletes, as well as individuals in rehabilitation, and leadership roles.
